Martin is a co-founder of assiso.

He is an experienced consultant in the field of business change with a track record for delivery in the Public and Financial Services Sectors.  With many years of consultancy he has achieved a strong reputation for structured yet pragmatic approaches to initiating, designing and delivering strategic outcomes and benefits.

Experienced in the design and implementation of organisational, process and technology programmes including e-servicing, customer service centres and back office service department restructuring, operational design, channel management and exploiting technology to enable efficiencies.

Responsibility for change teams of up to 50 FTE and change budgets up to £10m including all aspects of the project and change lifecycles.
