Responsible Organisation Policy

We will operate in a socially, ethically and environmentally responsible manner.

Our activities will have positive and negative impacts on the environment and our community.  We will actively improve the positive impacts and minimise the negative impacts.

In particular we will:

• comply with all prevailing environmental legislation
• manage and seek to utilise environmentally neutral supplies and services
• ensure our people are aware of and motivated to conduct their activities in an environmentally friendly, socially and ethically responsible manner
• continuously review and involve our people in the evolution of our policy
• encourage and actively support staff in their voluntary and social community activities.

To achieve this we will:

• conduct regular assessments of attainment
• Incorporate the environment in all aspects of our organisation.
