Scott is a co-founder of assiso.

An experienced consultant in business change with a track record for advice and programme management delivery in the Public and Financial Services Sectors.

Experienced in the design and implementation of organisational, process and technology programmes delivering operational design, channel management, service procurement and technology exploitation to achieve efficiencies, service enhancement and cost savings within the context of e-servicing, customer services and support functions.

Responsibility for change teams of up to 50 FTE and change budgets up to £20m including all aspects of the project and change lifecycles.

Scott is experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated to operate at all levels within an organisation and to motivate others to deliver effective results and to challenge the accepted situation with innovative solutions.   Moreover Scott is experienced at gaining commitment to change with executives.
